1. Chop onion, jalapeno (no seeds or ribs, unless you want it really hot), and cilantro.
2. Place all the ingredients into your blender in order and secure lid.
3. Pulse for 5-10 seconds.
4. Enjoy with chips, quesadillas, burritos, over scrambled eggs...anything you like, really!
