Overnight oatmeal - not only is it healthy, but you wake up and breakfast is prepped ahead of time. Keep it simple, healthy and fresh for everyday of the week!
1. Mix all ingredients together in an enclosed jar like pictured above. 2. Place in the fridge to sit overnight.
3. In the morning, throw it in the micro for 1-2 minutes if you prefer to enjoy it warm (I like this over eating them cold), but you can enjoy them either way!
