Need an easy yet super healthy mid-week meal? You can throw together this Grilled Salmon in minutes after a long day at work. Liquid Aminos make this dish sing with the savory umami flavor, mixed with lemon juice and dill. And if you don’t feel like firing up the grill? Throw it in the oven and you’re good to go.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Marinate salmon in a baking pan with Braggs and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
2. Take marinade and mix with coconut oil, add dill and pour over fish. 3. Place and wrap fish on a sheet of aluminum foil. Cook on heated grill or in oven.
4. Cook fish 10 minutes for every inch thickness. If less than 1 inch then adjust cooking time.
5. Drain juices from the aluminum foil after removing fish, put in skillet and cook down until thickened – pour over fish for extra flavor.
