1. Place all ingredients except protein powder in blender in order (important to have liquid on the bottom, along with frozen fruit).
2. Blend to preferred consistency.
3. Add protein powder.
4. Pulse for 5 seconds.
5. Pour in a glass and enjoy! Great after a long run!
