Everytime I walk through the bakery section of our favorite grocery store, I really want to buy a piece of carrot cake. It's one of my favorites. Moist, spicy, with a creamy frosting on top, carrot cake never misses the mark. Except it's loaded with calories. When I need a little something sweet, but I wanna stay on track, I whip up this smoothie for the perfect blend.
1. Place ingredients in blender of your choice in order listed.
2. Blend to desired consistency. If you use frozen fruit, you can opt for no or little ice.
3. Enjoy in your favorite chilled glass or bowl! Top with whipped cream or frosting to indulge!
