Directions

1. Drain a full cal of garbanzo beans. Place beans in medium size mixing bowl. Mash using a potato masher or fork. Should be a chunky consistency.
2. Add remaining ingredients and adjust to desired seasoning and consistency. If you prefer a creamier salad, add more yogurt.
3. Serve as a dip or on a sandwich with spinach and a tomato slice.
4. Enjoy!
