1. Chop all the veggies.
2. In a skillet on medium heat, add oil in a pan.
3. Add onion, garlic, chilli and peppers and sauté for 5 minutes.
4. Add the spices, beans, tomatoes, and water.
5. Mix well and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
6. Cut the wraps into small triangles and spread them out on a baking tray.
7. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes.
8. Plate and add cilantro.
