Our good friend Christy swears by this recipe for a quick morning breakfast as she runs out the door to drop her 8-year old off at school. So simple to throw together and guaranteed to keep your kids full all morning (well, at least for 2 hours).
1. Place the ingredients into your blender in order listed.
2. Blend to desired consistency. If not using frozen fruit, you may want to add ice.
3. Pour in a chilled glass and enjoy!
