Directions

1. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add seitan, onions, and mushrooms.
2. Cool for 5 minutes.
3. Place two lettuce leaves on each plate.
4. Add mango and cilantro to the mixture and divide the mixture evenly on top of lettuce.
