What do you get when two of your appetizers from a Greek restaurant get together? Spinach Feta Hummus. This dip is the perfect blend of our favorite flavors of Greece. Plus it's a great way to sneak in greens for those picky eaters!

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in your blender in order (liquid first), using only 2 tablespoons of the feta cheese.
2. Blend slowly for a long period of time to ensure the desired consistency. Scrape down the sides of the blender periodically during blending to ensure that everything is mixed thoroughly.
3. Top with remaining feta cheese, and serve!
