Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in your blender in order (liquid first), using only 2 tablespoons of the feta cheese.
2. Blend slowly for a long period of time to ensure the desired consistency. Scrape down the sides of the blender periodically during blending to ensure that everything is mixed thoroughly.
3. Top with remaining feta cheese, and serve!
